Clarissa earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Fort Hays State University before earning her Juris Doctorate from Drake University Law School. During her time at Drake, she served as a student attorney at the Drake Legal Clinic, passionately representing clients in family law cases including dissolution, child custody, and guardianship matters.
Prior to her tenure at Hope Law Firm, Clarissa cultivated her expertise in personal injury and workers' compensation, gaining invaluable insights into advocating for her clients' rights in diverse legal realms.
Before transitioning to law, Clarissa pursued her passion for healthcare as a registered nurse in the operating room. Her background in nursing enriches her legal practice, allowing her to approach cases with a unique blend of legal expertise and a deep understanding of human needs. She continues to maintain her RN license, a testament to her dedication to both fields.
Outside of the office, you’ll find Clarissa cheering on her favorite baseball team, playing with her dog Baxter, diving into a good book, or staying in the loop with the latest social media trends and current events.
