DES MOINES, IA - Paramedics were called to the scene of a collision near downtown Des Moines on Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Des Moines Police Scanner, the crash occurred shortly after 3 p.m. at the intersection of 19th Street and Carpenter Avenue.
