News: Motorcyclist hospitalized after Cedar Rapids hit-and-run

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries following a hit-and-run crash in northeast Cedar Rapids on Sunday evening.

According to KCRG, the accident occurred at about 8:30 p.m. along Blairs Ferry Road at C Avenue.

Police say the motorcyclist was rushed to a nearby hospital in unknown condition. The other driver involved fled the scene before authorities arrived.

No arrests have been made as of Monday morning.
