News: Norwalk home struck by vehicle for third time

NORWALK, IA - A home east of Norwalk was struck by a vehicle for the third time in two years on Monday night.

According to a report by KCCI, the incident happened at the home where Warren County Road G14 meets Warren County Road R63.

Police say the driver involved has diabetes and was experiencing low blood sugar when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the home. Fortunately, no injuries were reported as an immediate result of the crash.

The homeowners are asking Warren county officials to look into adding a traffic light at the intersection.
