News: 76-year-old bicyclist killed in Cedar Rapids crash

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A Walford man was struck and killed while riding is bicycle in Cedar Rapids on Christmas Day.

According to KCRG, the 76-year-old bicyclist as riding in the 11600 block of Linn-Benton Road when he was struck from behind by a 2017 Ford Escape.

the cyclist was pronounced dead at the scene.

It is unclear at this time if the driver involved will face any charges.
