DES MOINES, IA - Motorists were faced with delays following an incident on IA-28 in the Lakewood area on Wednesday afternoon.
According toIowa 511, the crash took place at about 2:14 p.m. in the northbound lanes of the roadway near the IA-5 on-ramp.
