CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - Commuters in north Cedar Rapids were faced with delays resulting from a rush-hour collision on Tuesday morning.
According to Iowa 511, the crash took place on the southbound exit ramp to Glass Road Northeast shortly before 9 a.m.
