QUASQUETON, IA - A bicyclist was airlifted to a hospital this morning after being struck by a motor vehicle just south of Quasqueton city limits.
KMCH reports that emergency responders were called to the 2800 block of Quasqueton Avenue just after 8 a.m. today.
According to the Buchanan County Sheriff’s Office, the injured bicyclist was taken by helicopter to University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City with unspecified injuries.
They are continuing to investigate the incident. We will provide further information as possible.
