CHARLES CITY, IA - A motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital after being struck by a car at an intersection in Charles City yesterday, KIMT reports.
The collision happened at the intersection of 5th Avenue and E Street at 11:50 a.m. on Sunday, when the driver of a 2014 Chevy Malibu ran a stop sign and hit a 67-year-old motorcyclist, who was thrown from his vehicle.
The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital by AMR Ambulance. His current condition is not known.
