DES MOINES, IA - Police responded to a collision with injuries at an intersection in near-east Des Moines early this morning.
The crash happened at the intersection of E University Avenue and E 21st Street at about 5:40 a.m. Paramedics were called to the scene, although the specifics of the injuries remain unclear.
