News: Truck driver injured in NE Sheldon crash

SHELDON, IA - A man was hospitalized following a truck accident on IA-60 northeast of Sheldon on Monday morning.

According to the N'West Iowa Review, the driver of a 2006 Peterbilt semi-truck was going north on the highway at about 8 a.m. when the driver lost control, traversed the median, and jackknifed.

The 55-year-old man was transported to Sanford Sheldon Medical Center via ambulance with unknown injuries.

All southbound lanes were blocked by the crash, causing significant delays in the area.
