CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - A vehicle fire along a busy US 30 entrance ramp caused major delays southwest of Cedar Rapids this afternoon, Statewide Iowa 511 reports.
Emergency crews responded to the scene shortly before 4 p.m. along the ramp from Edgewood Road.

The roadway was shut down for some time afterward while crews worked to knock down the fire and clear the scene.
It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as a direct result of the crash.
