News: Anamosa man killed in single-vehicle crash in Jones Co.

JONES, CO., IA - A 44-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Jones county early Sunday morning.

According to a report by KMCH, the driver was heading south on River Road in Monticello when he lost control of his SUV for unknown reasons and crashed into a ditch. The vehicle then rolled several times before hitting a utility pole.

The driver was ejected in the crash and pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, a 42-year-old man, suffered unknown injuries as a result.
