News: Crash on I-29 causes delays at Nebraska Ave.

COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA - A collision near the Iowa, Nebraska border blocked a busy off-ramp from I-29 this afternoon.

According to a report by Iowa 511, the crash occurred at about 2:15 p.m. along the northbound ramp from I-29 to Nebraska Avenue, just east of the state border.

Little information regarding the accident is available at this time. However, the ramp was partially blocked for some time afterward while crews worked to remove the wreckage from the roadway.

It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as a direct result of the incident.
