WINDSOR HEIGHTS, IA - One person was sent to the hospital after a fire destroyed multiple townhomes in Windsor Heights early this morning.
According to KCCI, the fire broke out at about 2:30 a.m. at a home along School Street.
The blaze eventually spread to several nearby homes, destroying a total of four residences.
The cause of the fire, and the extent of the injuries sustained as a result, are unclear at this time.
