DES MOINES, IA- At least one injury was reported in a car accident in the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Shawnee Avenue in Des Moines on Thursday afternoon, according to Des Moines Police Reporting.
At approximately 2:38pm, medics were called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident in the intersection of 2nd Avenue and Shawnee Avenue. No further details on the cause and nature of the accident have been released at this time, however, officials arrived to the accident shortly after.
