DES MOINES, IA- Fire Department officials responded to a vehicle fire on Pennsylvania Avenue in Des Moines early Monday, according to DSM Police Reporting.
At approximately 1:45am, a vehicle fire with a vehicle completely engulfed in flames was reported near the 1400 block of Pennsylvania Avenue. Ammunition in the vehicle began to explode due to the flames. No information on the cause and nature of the incident or any related injuries has been released at this time.
