OTTUMWA, IA- Officials reported and responded to a collision with a house that killed one and injured another near East Williams Street in Ottumwa on Wednesday, according to Iowa Accident Reporting.
At approximately 9:54am, one person was reported dead and other injured after a car traveling at a high rate of speed crashed into a house near the 601 area of East Williams Street. Officials arrived to the scene of the incident shortly after.
