CHICKASAW COUNTY, IA - A worker died in an accident at Vanderbilt Ave and 160th St Monday, according to KCCI.
The worker was loading a vehicle onto a flatbed trailer when it fell on top of him.
The incident is under investigation by the Iowa State Patrol.
