HAMILTON COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle crash early Friday afternoon blocked a left shoulder on Interstate 35 near south Williams, according to Stateside Iowa 511.
The accident took place on the southbound interstate between U.S. Highway 20 at Exit 142 and County Highway D41 at Exit 139. It was first reported by Iowa 511 at 12:56 p.m.

By 1:22 p.m., nearly half an hour later, the scene was cleared from the roadway and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
