DES MOINES, IA -- Property damage was reported early Thursday evening after a vehicle crash in northeast Des Moines' Union Park neighborhood, according to Des Moines Police Department.
Officers responded to the scene at East 14th Street and Mattern Avenue shortly before 5:37 p.m.
