POLK COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle accident Friday morning blocked a left shoulder on U.S. Highway 65 near northeast Bondurant, according to Stateside Iowa 511.
The collision occurred on the southbound highway between County Road S27 and US-6, or Interstate 80. It was first reported by Iowa 511 at 9:54 a.m.

Shortly before 11:00 a.m., more than an hour later, the scene had been cleared and all lanes were reopened to traffic.
