DES MOINES, IA -- A vehicle accident was reported late Saturday night near the Ape Cognition and Conservation Initiative in far southeast Des Moines, according to DSM Police Scanner.
The collision occurred at the intersection of Southeast 45th Street and Evergreen Avenue. It was first reported by DSM at 10:15 p.m.

No details have been released regarding the circumstances behind the event, but authorities said medics were en route for two female patients.
