DES MOINES, IA -- A two-vehicle accident was reported early Sunday evening near Drake University in Des Moines' Carpenter neighborhood, according to DSM Police Scanner.
Des Moines Police responded to the scene in the 2200 block of Forest Avenue shortly after 5:19 p.m.
