WARREN COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle collision Friday afternoon impacted two right lanes and a right shoulder on U.S. Highway 65 near northwest Carlisle, according to Iowa 511.
The crash happened on the northbound lanes at Exit 73 to Southeast 64th Avenue, or Southeast Army Post Road. It was first reported by 511 at 3:41 p.m.

A right shoulder was initially reported blocked, but a few minutes later, up to two right lanes were closed.

Shortly before 4:00 p.m., one lane appeared to have reopened, though it was unclear when the scene was expected to clear.
