CEDAR RAPIDS, IA -- A vehicle crash Friday afternoon blocked an Interstate 380 exit ramp near the Taylor area in downtown Cedar Rapids, according to Stateside Iowa 511.
The accident happened on the offramp from I-380 southbound to Iowa Highway 922, or 1st Avenue Southwest. It was first reported by Iowa 511 shortly after 12:30 p.m.

By 12:45 p.m., the ramp appeared to have partially reopened. At 1:33 p.m., more than an hour after the first report, the scene had been cleared.
