DES MOINES, IA -- A vehicle crash early Thursday morning blocked a left shoulder on Interstate 235 near the Douglas Acres neighborhood in northeast Des Moines, according to Iowa 511.
The accident impacted the westbound lanes between I-80 (Exit 137A) to U.S. Highway 6, or East Euclid Avenue (Exit 12). It was first reported by 511 at 2:19 a.m.

By 3:09 a.m., nearly an hour later, the scene was reported cleared with all lanes reopened to traffic.
