PLYMOUTH COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle crash Tuesday morning blocked a stretch of U.S. Highway 75 near northeast Merrill, according to Iowa 511.
The accident impacted the southbound lanes between County Road C38 and County Highway C44, or Main Street. It was first reported by 511 at 5:16 a.m.
