POLK COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle accident early Thursday afternoon blocked a left shoulder on Interstate 35 near Alleman, according to Iowa 511.
The collision occurred on the northbound lanes between County Road F22 (Exit 96) and Iowa Highway 210 (Exit 102). It was first reported by 511 at 1:15 p.m.
