POLK COUNTY, IA -- A vehicle collision Wednesday morning blocked a right shoulder on Interstate 35 near the Valley West Mall in West Des Moines, according to Iowa 511.
The accident occurred on the southbound interstate between University Avenue to Interstate 235 at Exit 72A. It was first reported by 511 at 9:25 a.m.
