CEDAR RAPIDS, IA -- A vehicle crash Friday afternoon blocked a right shoulder on Interstate 380 near the Southwest Area neighborhood in south Cedar Rapids, according to Iowa 511.
The accident occurred on the northbound lanes between 33rd Avenue (Exit 17) and Wilson Avenue (Exit 18). It was first reported by 511 at 4:40 p.m.

By 5:10 p.m., half an hour later, the scene had been cleared with all lanes reopened to traffic.
