DES MOINES, IA -- At least one person was hurt late Wednesday afternoon in a vehicle crash near Saint Paul's Episcopal Cathedral in downtown Des Moines, according to DSM Police Scanner.
The collision was reported at the intersection of 9th Street and High Street at around 4:26 p.m.
