DES MOINES, IA - A rush-hour crash in west Des Moines caused delays for commuters on Monday night.
According to a report by Iowa 511, the accident happened shortly before 4:30 p.m. on the westbound lanes of I-235 near Exit 4 to IA-28.

We do not know what led up the crash at this time. At least one left lane was closed as a result, causing traffic delays going back to Exit 3.
All lanes were reopened by 5:10 p.m.
