DES MOINES, IA - Police responded to a possible drunk driving accident in downtown Des Moines early this morning, according to local reports.
The collision happened at the intersection of 2nd and Court Avenues at about 1:30 a.m. today.
Multiple vehicles were involved, at least one of which began to smoke shortly after authorities arrived. They noted that one of the drivers appeared visibly inebriated.
