MADRID, IA- A house fire on an East 9th Street intersection in Madrid killed one on Saturday, according tolocal media sources.
At approximately 11:52am, officials reported one death due to a house fire near East 9th Street and Sycamore Street earlier in the morning. Officials arrived to the scene of the incident and could not enter the house to save the victim. The fire was brought under control in under an hour.
