BETTENDORF, IA- One person was killed in a 18th Street crash in Bettendorf on Saturday afternoon, according to WQAD News.
At approximately 4:30pm, a senior driving a truck lost control on 18th Street when the vehicle veered off the roadway and hit a sign. The impact caused the truck to overturn and collide with another vehicle.
The driver was ejected and declared deceased at the scene shortly after. The other driver involved was transported to an area hospital but released after evaluation. No further details have been released at this time.
