PACIFIC JUNCTION, IA- One person was killed in a two-vehicle collision on I-29 northbound on Saturday near Pacific Junction, according to Statewide Iowa Accident Reporting.
At approximately 9:38pm, a vehicle heading northbound on I-29 near Pacific Junction struck the back of another vehicle, causing them both to lose control into a ditch off the roadway. One of the drivers was declared dead at the scene of the incident, while the other driver did not suffer injuries. The cause of the crash is not known at this time.
