EMERSON, IA- One person was killed in a single-vehicle collision on Noyes Avenue on Friday afternoon, according to Iowa Accident Reporting.
At approximately 4:05pm, a single vehicle was driving on Noyes Avenue near the intersection of 290th Street when the juvenile driver crashed off-road into a ditch. The driver was ejected and pronounced dead at the scene of the crash shortly after.
