News: One critically injured in two-vehicle collision on US 30 near Tama

TAMA, IA- One person was critically injured and another suffered moderate injuries in a collision on the side of the US 30 westbound near Tama on Monday, according to Iowa Accident Reporting.

At approximately 8:03am, officials responded to reports of a collision that occurred when a traveling vehicle struck a disabled vehicle on the side of the road, also hitting a driver that was standing adjacent to the vehicle. The incident occurred near mile marker 204 of the roadway. The two victims were transported to an area hospital for treatment.
