DES MOINES, IA- One victim was struck and injured by a vehicle on Southwest 9th Street on Thursday in Des Moines, according to WHO 13 News.
At approximately 9:35pm, a vehicle struck and seriously injured a pedestrian in a parking lot near the 4800 block of Southwest 9th Street. The vehicle fled from the scene. Police officials arrived shortly after and are investigating the vehicle and crash.
