DES MOINES, IA- A pedestrian was struck and injured by a vehicle on Hubbell Avenue early Sunday, according to Des Moines Police Reporting.

At approximately 2:48am, officials reported a victim struck by a vehicle laying in the roadway near the 2500 block of Hubbell Avenue. The victim was injured and not conscious, but was breathing. Officials transported the pedestrian to an area hospital for treatment.
