CEDAR, IA - Authorities are investigating a deadly crash between an ATV and a UTV that happened at 270th St and Teller Ave on Thursday, according to We Are Iowa.
A 16-year-old was driving an ATV when they collided with a 19-year-old driving a UTV with two 16-year-old passengers around 7:20 p.m.
The collision ejected one of the 16-year-old passengers from the UTV. Then, the UTV rolled over on top of them.
Rescue crews performed life-saving measures on the 16-year-old, but they eventually died.
The three others involved in the incident suffered minor injuries.
The crash is under investigation.
