MARION COUNTY, IA - According to KCCI, a driver hit and seriously injured a 26-year-old male on IA 14 near Lake Red Rock Tuesday.
The driver struck the victim around 11:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the victim to an area hospital.
The Iowa State Patrol is investigating the incident.
