GLIDDEN, IA - According to We Are Iowa, a driver collided with a child riding a bicycle on Colorado St near E 6th St on Saturday.
A 63-year-old male drove a 2023 Chevy Silverado south on Colorado St when he hit the 8-year-old boy around 1:30 p.m.
Rescue crews transported the boy to an area hospital with serious injuries.
The driver was not hurt in the collision.
