News: Motorcyclist dies days after crash on I-30 in Cedar Rapids

CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - Cedar Rapids police have verified that the motorcyclist who was injured in the collision on I-380 last week has succumbed to their injuries, according to KCRG.

Authorities have disclosed that Hardiman was traveling at high speeds for an extended distance on I-380 northbound before colliding with the rear of an SUV. The incident occurred between H Avenue and Coldstream Avenue.

The victim has been identified as Ramius Hardiman, 30, of Cedar Rapids.

Following the impact, Hardiman was ejected from the motorcycle. He was rushed to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries several days later.
