DES MOINES, IA - According to WHO 13, officers are investigating a fatal collision that happened at 2nd Ave and Holcomb Ave on Wednesday.
A 73-year-old person was driving a Ford F-150 east on Holcomb Ave when he collided with a southbound Chevy Impala driven by a 34-year-old around 10:39 p.m.
The Ford F-150 driver passed away in the collision. The Impala driver was not hurt in the incident.
The Des Moines Police Department is investigating the crash.
