WEST DES MOINES, IA - According to WHO 13, two teens allegedly set fire to a merchandise rack at the Kohl's at 6515 Mills Civic Pkwy on Saturday.
The fire was started around 2:04 p.m. It was put out by the store's sprinkler system by the time firefighters arrived.
The fire was deemed suspicious and the West Des Moines Police Department worked with the fire department to investigate it.
Authorities charged two 15-year-old boys with first-degree arson.
