CORALVILLE, IA - According to KCRG, firefighters attacked a house fire on Westminster Cir on Friday.
Emergency crews responded to the fire around 8 p.m. The fire was on the main floor of the house. Firefighters quickly put out the fire.
Firefighters found the family dog inside the house. The dog was unable to be revived.
The family was displaced from their home. The Red Cross is assisting them.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
