CEDAR RAPIDS, IA - According to KCRG, officials have identified two of the four people who died in a two-vehicle crash on C St SW near Thomas Edison Blvd SW on Friday.
An eighth grader and his mother were in one of the two vehicles that crashed into each other around 10 p.m. One of the vehicles then caught on fire.
Rescue crews pronounced four people dead at the scene of the accident.
The Cedar Rapids Police Department is investigating the incident.
