TIFFIN, IA - According to KCRG, the Iowa State Patrol is investigating a deadly semi-truck crash that happened on I-80 west of Tiffin on Friday.
The semi-truck driver was driving west on I-80 when they strayed off the road and crashed into a ditch before slamming into a tree around 4:30 a.m. The semi-truck then caught on fire.
The driver died in the wreck.
